Application Rules: copy and past from one profile to other/s

It would be useful if

1. the new rules in ALLOW, "copied" from one profile to another, could be "pasted" ON TOP (the top of the destination profile list);
   And more: if this (point 1) could be done, also, for all profiles at the same time (past to all profiles, always al the TOP of the list), with just one click.
2. Add more options to the menu: not only UP/REVERT/DOWN (menu You see on pasted rule). So the rules "pasted" in the "destination profile" could be placed (for example) also ON TOP or ABOVE the first BLOCK rule from the TOP:
   it takes a lot of time to move each one, step by step, profile by profile.
3. Another possible option: that a single new ALLOW rule can be pasted (possibly selecting from a menu) - on TOP /ABOVE the first BLOCK rule from the bottom to all other Profiles.
   A single new BLOCK rule always to the bottom of the list, as usual.
