Good Day. Currently there is no way to exclude certain processes from connection control. You can allow URL's but not processes from being excluded from connection control blocking network connections of unknown applications. Certain industries spend a lot of time on financial/banking sites and not being able to exclude approved applications or the customers own custom developed application from connection control causes frustration as the customer only has the option of disabling connection control. Allowing process-based exclusions of applications as well as formally used remote access tools while connection control is active would allow better implementation and adaptability in a clients environment of connection control.
