How to reache someone from Support

Question

I am unable to fill in a form on site for support because it's not accepting my phone number.

Vendor in Serbia is so terrible and I can't find option to replace them.

This is 2 years that I am having problems and my clients are compromised because I can't get license renewed on time

I can't access partner portal.

I see only 2 options:

1. change Anti Virus product

2. suck it up

or maybe someone here can point me in right direction on how to resolve this problems
