Impossible to obtain FSAV PSB trial lately? Webform doesn't work.

Dear F-Secure,

People are complaining about problems requesting F-Secure PSB 30-day trial codes. After filling in the F-Secure PSB account request webform with all the necessary data, they press the submit button and the page starts processing for 10-12 seconds, but then it just jumps back to the beginning and they never receive any e-mails for the address they had provided!

Please look into this problem for us! I think Firefox functionality should be checked, there is a new FF version 47 out since early yesterday. The complaints possibly concernwebsites like this:

Hi Tamas,

After checking with our team, we tested it on our end and we were unable to reproduce the issue even in the latest FF47 (with Hungary in the Country field). Is this issue still occurring at this point? If yes, is it happening with all the browsers or limited to FF47?

In case the issue is reproducible on your end, I would suggest to disable all the add-ons in the web browser, or start FF in safe mode and re-try.
