UPC Global

When installing UPC Global the following message appears:

De installatie kan niet worden voortgezet, omdat er belangrijke bestanden ontbreken.

(the installation can not proceed, as important files are missing)

Which actions are necessary to complete the installation?

The problem has been solved by running the F-Secure Uninstallation Tool and then re installation.
