Unable to change setting in local web admin using IE within the new psb server security. chrome work

If I launch the local web admin interface on fspsbess-12.10.280 in Internet explorer, the whole menu structure is empty. If I install chrome browser the menu structure is present to the left. Are there any workarounds?
