F-Secure PSB Workstation Security Updates Fail

Hi,

I Have had a couple of Windows 10 Computers not Connecting to the F-Secure Server for updates.

When I force an update is says failed.

I Visit the F-Secure Server in a web browser, psb1-bw.sp.f-secure.com and I see the Correct page If I ping the Server I get

Which is why it Fails, using 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS, Removed and re-installed with same issue.

You can try to check ProgramData\F-Secure\Logs\FSAUA\fsaua.log and fsaua.dbg yourself, maybe they can shed the light on the root of the issue. If not, please, contact support.

Hello Mark,

PSB Workstation Security communicates with psb1-bw.sp.f-secure.com over https protocol (port 443). Please, make sure, that this port is opened and your proxy supports https (if you have it).
