After updatin PM from 13.00 to 13.01 only console from that server can access it as "https://localhost"

My workstation updates console gets "Cannot connect to the server: xx.xx.xx.xx:8080. Check that the hostname and port number are correct and port number 8080 is used by default"

Installation is made by default setting.

Restrict LocalHost = 0 <- this was tirned to 1 during update. Changed that & boot = problem solved.

Browser: https: //192.168.x.x:8080 -> OK
