    • Device Control Statistics Missing?

    Hi

     

    We have PM 13.10 and run FSecure Premium 13.10 on our workstations.

     

    I'm looking to statistics on what USB devices are being used. Lots of the manuals say in Advanced View under Device Control there is 'Statistics' but this appears to be missing.

     

    I have the option "Report Installed Devices" set to Yes.

     

    Does this feature still exist?

      Interesting. This is all I see, there is no 'Statistics' section:

      Maybe you should switch to the "Status" tab first?!

      Doh! How embarassing. Yes just clicking on Status then Advacned View and the statistics are there.

      The difference between settings and status is that the latter shows which values are active at the client. Often admins look at the settings and think "this is set to enabled", but somewhere the final (lock) is missing. The status shows effective values.
