F-Secure Aplication Control does not blocking programs running from definied path

I created a Aplication Control rule with many path combination and it still does not work.

Event : Run Apllication Action : Block Condition : Target Path : %SystemRoot%\Temp\

In according to Article no: 000019858 presented resolutions not solved the problem.

Any solutions ?

    Hi Dominik,

    The rule might conflict with the default Application Control exclusion rules. We would require the diagnostic information from the system to check the scenario. Please provide this information to support, and we will investigate further.

    I don't know all the details, but I would propose you to try "Start process" for event, and "Contains" condition for Target path.
