    Dear community,

A new release 1.0.3329 is being rolled out with the following changes:

    New features:

    • Issuing an "install missing update" operation creates an installation log with status "pending delivery to client" for that patch. This installation status will be shown before the client responds to the installation request. It also temporarily hides the update from the general missing software updates page to better display which updates need action.
    • Software Updates missing patches are now also filterable by platform type.

    Fixed issues:

    • CVE IDs are now correctly aligned in the Software Updates Installation History table.

Unfortunately this fix did not really fix the problem yet: Security events loading fails for some customer after 2 or 3 pages are loaded and it just keeps showing in loop same events.

We are working on new fix now.

    Dear community,

Security events has been implemented with new front-end and filtering technology.

    New features:

As a first phase we have added the possibility to filter with

    1. "Not equals" option.
    2. Filtering by multiple source and security types

Next step is to add filtering by time ranges.

    Improvements:

    • This release also fixes the filter menu to stay always at the top of the page, so you don't need to scroll to it to change the filter.
    • Security events page loads also lot faster than earlier.

    Dear community,

A new release 1.0.3645 is being rolled out with the following changes:

    Improvements:

    • All path-based exclusions support environment variables

You can use both wildcards (*) and system environment variables in the path.

Use the full path name for the file or folder, for example:

    • C:\Program Files\Application\app1.exe - exclude 'app1.exe' from the real-time scanning
    • C:\Folder1\ - exclude all files in the 'Folder1' from the real-time scanning.
    • C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft* - exclude all files and folders started with 'Microsoft'
    • %ProgramFiles%\Java\ - excludes the Java folder by using an environment variable

You are free to use any environment variables defined for system, like:

    %APPDATA%, %ProgramFIles%, %ProgramFiles(x86)% %ProgramData%, %windir%, %SystemRoot%, %SystemDrive%

Note: the folder exclusion has to end with a backslash (\).

    Fixed issues:

    • Fixed a problem with Application Control profile editing where there are more than 50 rules defined

    Features:

    • You can now export security events

      •  Software updates installations - Similar graph than we had earlier under "Protection Status" view. Showing the amount of installed updates on given date range.
      • Patch severity statistics - Show the distribution of currently missing patches by severity. This graph can be filtered based on the platform type to show either Workstations, Servers or both.
      • Top vendors by patch count - Displays the ten vendors with most patches currently missing. Graph can be filtered based on the platform type and also allows hiding vendors via the legends
