Webcam issues after client security premium installation

Hi,

First of all, i'm french so excuse my english...

 

I installed the software "Client Security Premium" on 2 laptops with Windows 7 64 bits.

After this installation the webcams did not work anymore.

 

On laptops with Windows 7 32 bits, there is no problem, webcams work.

 

Do you have ideas, leads ?

    Please, contact support. We need more information about affected laptops for investigation.

    By the way, what version of CS Premium do you have?

    Hello,

     

    OK, I'll contact the support ASAP.

    Otherwise, the software version is "F-Secure Client Security Premium 11.61 build 104".
