    Hi,

this error indicates a broken database. Only way to resolve it is to restore a (hopefully existing) backup of the folder

    \program files\f-secure\data fellows\management server 5\data\h2db

    Br, Tom.

  • Thanks Tom, But I do not have the backup folder h2db.

  • Hi,

what is the size of your installation?

Do you still have your old PM9 setup available?

Minimum you need to recover your installation is a copy of Admin.prv and Admin.pub!

  • Hello Matthias,
I have no backup and no keys admin.pub prv, installation.
    Only the base h2db corrupted.

  • Hm,

    No chance!

unless the number of workstation effected is significant that hiring OnSiteSupport makes sense
