How do I retrieve quarantined emails from the Collaboration Protection Portal?
Resolution:
Currently, it is not possible to retrieve the quarantined attachments using Collaboration Protection portal without releasing it but it is achievable for advanced administrators with the tool and instructions mentioned in the manual below under the "Manually recovering quarantined emails" section.
