Issue: Trying to reset user account password for the Elements Portal/Business Account but no email is sent Resolution: If you don't get an email message when using the forgot password function in the Elements portal/Business Account try the following: Check that you are using the correct username or email address.Clear web browser cache and cookies. Check your spam and junk email folders. If you have automatic sorting to different folders, check if the password reset email is found in one of them.If all login and password reset attempts fail, contact WithSecure Customer Service and they can investigate the issue.
