How to upgrade existing licence from PSB Computer Protection to Premium licence.

I have client with PSB Computer Protection and I would like to upgade them to Premium licence.

Do you have a solution for this situation od we have to wait till the current licences get expired.

Hi Rale,

This be done from the Partner Portal for yearly subscriptions. An existing Computer Protection subscription can be upgraded to a Computer Protection Premium subscription following these steps:

Log into the new Partner Portal 

Click on ordering tab and choose SaaS 

Click on +new SaaS order 

Search for customer and choose them 

Add reference number 

Click on add products 

Choose SaaS Upgrade 

Select the subscription you want to upgrade 

Select to what you want to upgrade it to 

You will be taken back to the New Order page where you can see the price 

Click continue and follow the instructions given.

Premium products contain certain components, such as software updater, that are not installed at all if using standard installer. For hosts to be upgraded to premium the software needs to be reinstalled for this reason.
