PSB | Software Updater with PM Proxy does not work. Error: "Additional info: 12"

Hello community,

From old versions until now, I cannot make the PM Proxy work as a repository for Software Updater.

I have a windows10 with PSB Computer Protection and a Centos7 with PM Proxy 15.11 the signature downloads go well. But third-party patches by software updater fail and it shows error: Status '"file_download_failed"'. Additional info: 12

but I can't get it to work.

From the source code it's not clear what went wrong there.

I suggest to open a support case and submit the FSDiag of the affected machine so we can investigate further.
