Prevent Windows 10 applying a certain security update
We use PSB to deploy security updates to our Windows 10 desktop and laptops. You may have seen in the press over the last week that KB5000802 security update has broken printing from mainly Kyocera printers - it BSOD's when printing.
Is there a way of configuring PSB software updater to not apply this KB?
Thanks,

Hi,
Our vendor usually releases Updates a week after Microsoft releases.

Can you explain what you mean further? Do you mean F-Secure only applies the update one week after the initial release?

You can exclude an update from automatic installation in PSB Profile Editor Software Updater section. You need to navigate to Software Updater section, then go to "Exclude software from automatic installation" part and click "Add rule". And set the rule type to "Update name contains" and put there "KB5000802" as a value. Then save your profile changes. (See a screenshot below)
This way you will exclude the update from automatic installation, but you will still have a possibility to install update later manually.
If you want to exclude the update completely even from scanning results, then you can do the same actions, but in "Exclude updates from scan results" section instead of "Exclude software from automatic installation". This way the update will be completely hidden from everywhere.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. Will try the solution above.
