Hello

We do not update our Windows 10 devices via F-Secure updater but we just monitor with that, if it has the latest update installed.

In our PSB portal I see a lot our devices have status "Critical security updates missing", more detailed information shows:

2021-01 Servicing Stack Update for Windows 10 Version 20H2 for x64-based Systems (KB4598481) 10.0.19042 is missing

I checked that all our devices have received and got installed the latest Servicing Stack Update:

KB5005260 (Servicing stack update for Windows 10, version 2004, 20H2, and 21H1: August 10, 2021)

How to handle this?

    Hi,

    Do you know which devices are reporting that the update is missing ? And how many devices in total ?

    Yes I know. Around 80 devices.
