Hi Community!

Is there any documentation available for the "Device Details" info in F-Secure EEP (Computer Protection) portal's Devices view?

* Why do some devices show this info, and some don't?

* Why doesn't the "Export all computers report (CSV)" not include this info?

It's a really nifty feature, and I'd be happy to see it available in the CSV export.

    Hi!

    Sending of that information is a functionality in the latest Windows client, so if the data is missing then most likely the client is inactive or has not updated to the latest version.

    The current device listing consists of a few predefined views that have some specific data visible. We are currently working on a new listing where you can create your choose and order the data columns as you wish, use improved filters and save the created views for later. That new listing also supports exporting the visible data, either everything or the custom view.

    Basically we are pushing to get the new view out to piloting as soon as possible rather than spending double the time to also keep updating the existing views. Sorry for the inconvenience this causes. To be notified when new views could be available for piloting you can bookmark the change log for the portal.
