emea psb portal

Question

Hi

Unable login into emea psb portal, password incorrect. In the f-secure client "missing updates" and "installations" list is empty as well.

Some global issue?

⚠️ Archived — PSB portal (superseded)

The PSB (Protection Service for Business) portal referenced in this thread has been superseded by the WithSecure Elements Security Center. The EMEA login URL and region selector described in the comments no longer apply to the current portal.

To access your WithSecure Elements account, log in at elements.withsecure.com. If you are having trouble with your credentials, use the 'reset your password' option on the login page or open a support ticket.

Hi,

Make sure you are using the correct username to log in to your F-Secure Elements Security Center account. If you have forgotten your login password, you have the following options:

* Select the Forgot your password? option to reset your password
* Ensure you are logging in using the correct region (Europe - EMEA, North America - NA, Asia - APAC). You can select the correct region by selecting [Change region]
* If the above doesn't work or apply to your situation, open a support ticket to get further assistance.
