I have set the disallowed keyword list in the policy manager -> general -> match lists as default. Email test with disallowed keywords failed. are there any additional settings for disallowed words in the policy manager?

Hi,

There is no more keyword filtering in ESS starting from version 14.00, earlier versions are not supported.
