how can an EPP user scan a file or a program? is there no possibility to have a button on the right mouse click

    Hi @userpl ,


    For Windows 11, the user has to perform the following steps.

    1. Right-click folders
    2. Click the Show more options
    3. It will re-direct to new windows, then you can see "Scan for malware"

    If not, most of the cases​​​​ will be solved with re-installation of our product.
