malfunction protection against malware

It will be that I can provide help, I currently have a computer with windows 7 which I am installing EPP For Computer and apparently the agent is installed without problems, but when reviewing from the management platform and even from computers and present the problem of malware protection malfunction, as presented in the image or that the current status is temporarily unavailable.
The agent was uninstalled and all the security patches were installed but the problem persists, it is worth mentioning that Ultra Core has been installed to validate if the connections are correct and apparently there is no problem.
I do not know if it has to do with the base operating system on which the installation is being performed or if there is any suggestion in this regard I remain very grateful.

It's possible that this is related to changes Microsoft required for malware protection vendors recently. Microsoft required that software is signed with a new certificate and the operating systems have to have the relevant OS updates installed to trust it. For Windows 7 this has required installing the October 2021 rollup patch:
