Why is exclusion not working?

We use an ISL to provide support for our customers. WithSecure AV detects it almost every single time, our mailbox is full of its reports. We tried to make an exclusion by inserting paths and hashes for the file in Profile/Scanning/ but it does not work.

Is there any way to avoid this and make withsecure for our customers recognize our ISL exe as safe?
