Usb Scan doesn't work

Good morning,

I have just upgraded to WithSecure Policy manager 16.00 and in this new version there is "Action when USB storage device is plugged in:" and different options presented to us the first two seem to work but when I choose "Force sca , USB and show result user" this does not work and remains on the second solution offering the user to scan their USB key while this is not supposed to offer them but to scan it without the request of the user and him show only the result

We have not encountered a similar case with Policy Manager 16.00. To assist in investigating the issue, it would be helpful if you could provide us with the wsdiag logs. We recommend collecting the wsdiag logs and reaching out to our WithSecure support for further assistance.
