Dalla console di amministratore, che fornisce già molte informazioni, è possibile determinare la data dell'ultimo cambio password di ogni singolo pc/utente?
Premetto che sto parlando di PC NON in dominio.

    With the WithSecure Elements EPP for Computers Premium, the administrator console/Elements Portal does not directly provide the date of the last password change for each individual PC or user. The console offers extensive security management features, but tracking password change dates specifically isn’t included in its standard capabilities. In your situation, you can raise a feature request/submit idea as you can find more information here.
