WithSecure not updating Hydra DB

Hello.
We are using WithSecure Elements Agent Version 25.1.
For some reason at many clients the hydra db is not updating at the moment for approx. 3-4 days. At some clients it is working.
In the "AUA.log" from a example client you see that "Capricorn Engine" or "Sensor Database" is updating but not hydra.
Anyone else got this and could help in analyzing why hydra db is not updating?

We haven't received any similar case from other customer so far, however, there are some check list that you can try out:
- Ensure if there are any pending windows update available on problematic client machine.
- Please try download and run the fsaua reset tool and check if that fix the issue on a problematic client.

May I know the version of OS running those problematic clients (Hydra DB not updating)?
Did you try uninstalling, reboot and re-install the Elements Agent?

- What have Windows-Updates to do with Hydra-DB update?
- We will check the reset tool. But at the moment nearly all clients are affected.
All clients are Windows 11.

You are right, the connection between Windows Updates and Hydra DB updates is not direct, but there are a few reasons why checking for pending updates can be relevant:
- System Reboots & Update Processing
- If Windows updates are pending installation, they might be blocking or delaying certain system processes, including security updates.
- A required reboot could also be preventing WithSecure components from functioning properly.
- Interference with Network Services
- Some Windows updates modify network settings, which could interfere with the connection to WithSecure update servers.
- If a Windows Defender or firewall update was applied, it could be unintentionally blocking Hydra DB updates.
- Impact on System Performance & Services
- Pending updates sometimes cause high CPU or disk usage, which might delay or prevent background tasks like antivirus updates.
- If the system is waiting for an update-related reboot, some security components may not fully initialize.
