Hello, could you please explain the use of the "Hide exclusions from clients" feature in the Windows Profiles General Settings, I tried activating and deactivating it but have not seen any effect on the user side, thank you!

Got it. While the feature isn't applicable for quarantined items, if you notice it not working on your client machine, please collect the wsdiag logs and raise a support ticket for further investigation.
I have tested the "Hide exclusions from clients" feature and it works as expected without any issue.

If the issue still remains unresolved, please ensure that you have assigned correct profile for the client host where you have encountered the issue with "Hide exclusions from clients" feature.
Hello Sethu, thank you! I used to look for a tab named exclusions in the settings that's why I didn't find it, but it was there with the Quarantined items all the time.
@harun2k Well the exclusions are not visible anyway whether when I enable it or not..
users wont see the exclusions in their settings, nor will they be able to modify them
