I am experiencing an issue with the secure antivirus portal login, as the OTP has not been received.

If you have requested SMS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) more than 10 times within an hour, this exceeds the rate limits set by our backend service provider, Auth0.
WithSecure recommends using SMS as a last resort for MFA. We suggest considering other options such as One-Time Password (OTP) applications or WebAuthn devices for daily use or as your primary authentication method.
If you did not make these requests and the issue persists, please contact the WithSecure support team. We may need to recreate the problematic account to reset the MFA settings.
