We are encountering a critical issue with F-Secure on our newly deployed Microsoft Surface devices. The devices experience a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) shortly after installation of the F-Secure client. Through internal testing, we have isolated the issue and confirmed that it only occurs on devices with F-Secure installed—devices without the software continue to operate without issue.
