We have a problem with our WithSecure Email and Security product.
When "SPAM" emails are blocked, the recipient and IT don't notice because we don't receive notifications.
This means we've been losing messages for a long time, and we only get notifications when people call us with complaints.
With quarantined emails (forbidden attachments), everything works, and we receive the notifications we need for approval.
I already had a support ticket open regarding this issue. Support told me that it's not possible to receive notifications for SPAM messages.
In our opinion, the purpose here is definitely wrong.
What good is a system that can't inform us about it?
Since we're paying for the product, we'd like to have this feature here.
Because it's pointless to configure quarantine detection to level 8 (currently at 6 and higher) to solve this problem.
Then we can just shut down the whole thing.
And there's currently no alternative for us. I don't think it's a big effort to enable this for customers who are still on-premise and can't switch. It would at least be a good thing for you too.
It would be a very good feature request, but we can't wait too long for it to be resolved. All customers should really be experiencing these issues.
