I want to renew my subscription.WithSecure Elements EPP for Computers Premium, Partner MGD. My supplier, UAB AIS, is not responding to inquiries.

You will be contacted directly by our team regarding the next steps. We understand the importance of resolving this before the license expires, and everything is moving forward on our side.
I am getting more and more sad about this situation. The license will expire soon. No one can answer whether this issue will be resolved. I will have a lot of problems to replace the antivirus program on 200 computers.

Once you submit the request, our Sales team will get in touch with you directly. If they are unable to reach your existing partner, they will work with you to find a suitable replacement to ensure your subscription continues without disruption.

I am not a partner. I bought 200 pcs. licenses from UAB AIS, but they disappeared and do not answer the phone and email. Our supplier ACC Distribution can only offer new licenses. I can't find anyone who can sell me license renewals.
