Resolution:

You can check the status, start and stop the services of Linux Security 64 by running the following commands in terminal.

Command to check the status of services:
# /opt/f-secure/fsbg/bin/master-switch status

Command to start services:
# /opt/f-secure/fsbg/bin/master-switch on

Command to stop services:
# /opt/f-secure/fsbg/bin/master-switch off

"Restart" is not available as an option, thus you will need to run the commands in the following sequence in order to restart the services of F-Secure Linux Security 64.

# /opt/f-secure/fsbg/bin/master-switch off
# /opt/f-secure/fsbg/bin/master-switch on
