Resolution: Despite renewing your WithSecure Messaging Security Gateway (MSG) license, there is a possibility the license expiry date is not updated in our system. Proceed to contact your F-Secure reseller or sales contact. If you are unable to reach your point of contact in WithSecure, proceed to report the issue by contacting support.
