Issue:
Incoming email was delayed to be detected and quarantined on Elements Collaboration Protection and the receiver could see the email and has already sent reply it.
In the end, the reply was also quarantined but not sent to any destination addresses.
This issue happened only one time and cannot be reproduced again.
Resolution:
Generally, delays can happen because our Elements Collaboration Protection system is working in asynchronous way with Microsoft, therefore delays are expected to happen from time to time.
