It is possible that the content filtering features of Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 drop e-mails that are considered spam or contain potentially malicious attachments. This is a feature of the Transport Agent included in Microsoft Exchange 2007.
You can disable content filtering functionality in individual computer configurations by using Exchange Management Console or Exchange Management Shell.
