Characters for naming profiles

I recently renamed the profiles I have in my magnament console and noticed that synchronization with the agents took longer than usual, which is why I had a doubt about whether there is any limitation.

In my case it would be with the numbers at the beginning and the "_" and "." characters.

For example: 1_My.custom.profile.name

Thank you for reaching out to the WithSecure Community.

The profile help for the Name field (shown in the reference image below) lists all the allowed characters. As long as the profile name follows these rules, it should not interfere with delivery to agents.

Profiles are managed in the UI and stored in the profile repository, COSMOS.

If you experienced a slowdown, several factors could be involved — including the bandwidth between the agent and our servers.
