Can F-Secure Cloud Protection disinfect a malicious file?

As malicious files cannot be disinfected without breaking their structure or content, the F-Secure Cloud Protection for Salesforce app blocks or removes the entire file with harmful content. In other words, the app does not remove the virus from the file and return a clean file.
