UPDATE: The new view will be available in production from Monday 25th September. The exact time is not yet known.
The new Broad Context Detection (BCD) details view is being fully released in production during September and will become the new default view, and replaces the old Broad Context Detection details view. We will confirm the actual date a little later.
What can I expect with this change?
The new BCD details view will become the default view so when you click on the ‘Broad Context Detection’ menu option in Elements, you will now be presented with this new view.
The old BCD details view will still be available to use, for a limited time, to give you more time to familiarise yourself with the new BCD view. You can navigate to the old BCD view via the ‘Go to old Broad Context Detection view’ button in the top right corner of the page.
You will also be able to elevate BCDs from within the new BCD details view, unlike before when it was in ‘Preview’ mode where you had to navigate back to the old BCD view to elevate a detection.
Extra information has also been added to the view to help you understand what is being displayed and to aid interpretation of the data.
We are continuously improving this new view with the help of your feedback, so more changes are on the horizon.
