Resolution:
We recommend assigning a small subset of endpoint devices to participate in the early access program. Selected workstations and servers receive updates approximately one week ahead of the general availability rollout.
You can from the profile set if a device should receive early access to client software.
Windows computers or Windows servers:
- Log in to the Elements Endpoint Protection portal
- Go to the Security Configurations page
- Go to the Profiles page
- Go to the For Windows Computers or For Windows Servers tab
- Select a profile to edit
- Go to the General Settings page
- Enable the setting Early access to client software
- Click Save and publish
MacOS:
- Log in to the Elements Endpoint Protection portal
- Navigate to the Security Configurations > Profiles page
- Go to the For Mac tab
- Select a profile to edit
- Go to the General settings page
- Enable Early access
- Click Save and publish
Linux:
