API for Policy Manager

Hi, i'm managing a private cloud solution for provisioning virtual machines and related services. This uses mostly API-Calls and Scripts to different infrastructure services (Virtualization, Networking, User Management, Backup etc.).

We would like to include an API-Connection to Policy Manager 16 to automatically remove deprovisioned VMs. Currently this a manual process, which is quite cumbersome, especially as almost all other required steps are already working via automation (after approving).

I saw that there is an Elements API but this is for cloud managed products only it seems (I'm not involved with Endpoint Secutiry in our company).
Is there something for Policy Manager as well (preferebly API) or has anyone done something like this before ?

At present, there is no API accessible for this feature. Nonetheless, there is an auto-deletion option designed to remove disconnected hosts from the domain tree. This functionality can be configured within the Policy Manager Console, with two distinct options available:

1. Consider hosts disconnected after X days
2. Remove disconnected hosts after Y days

For instance, if both X and Y are set to 60 days, an inactive host will be removed after X+Y days, totaling 120 days.
