Issue:
Trying to reset user account password for the Elements Portal/Business Account but no email is sent
Resolution:
If you don't get an email message when using the forgot password function in the Elements portal/Business Account try the following:
- Check that you are using the correct username or email address.
- Clear web browser cache and cookies.
- Check your spam and junk email folders. If you have automatic sorting to different folders, check if the password reset email is found in one of them.
- If all login and password reset attempts fail, contact WithSecure Customer Service and they can investigate the issue.
