Issue:
When opening a support request to WithSecure, a Technical Support Engineer may access your Elements company account when handling a support request.
Resolution:
When opening a support request to WithSecure, the Technical Support Engineer handling your request may need to access your Elements company account to investigate the issue. In such case, the Technical Support Engineer will be temporarily added as a read-only user to the company account, so that they may access any products on the Elements company account.
When a Technical Support Engineer has been added as a user to the company account, the user account will be listed on the Security Administrators page in the Elements portal. When the support request has been handled, the user will be removed from the company account.
