Issue:
The server with the Vulnerability Management scan node had a hardware failure and user has unregistered the existing scan node in Radar Security Center Portal.
When requesting for a new scan node license in Radar Portal, user is getting error: "number of allowed scan node licenses has been reached".
Resolution:
By default, customers can download five (5) scan node licenses (trial customers can download 1). When a download takes place, the counter is decreased by one. However, unregistering a scan node in the Vulnerability Management portal does not increase the counter. If you would like to reset the counter (e.g. previously downloaded file was lost), contact F-Secure support to resolve the issue.
