Security is a top priority when running business critical operations on cloud platforms such as Salesforce. To reduce risk and keep things running smoothly, you want to ensure that your enterprise and users are protected against malicious URLs, such as phishing links, in real-time. In this article, we'll guide you through the steps to set up URL Protection in WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce.
Protect your environment and users in real-time with Click-time URL Protection
Weblinks can evolve into malicious payloads over time, even if they appeared safe at the time of upload. With click-time protection, the safety of the URL is verified in real-time at the moment of click, preventing users from falling for previously dormant traps.
WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce now allows you to turn URL protection on and off for selected Salesforce functionalities as you prefer.
For example, you can set click-time protection to rewrite URLs on all internal Chatter posts, maximizing protection levels for your internal users. At the same time, you can disable it on all outbound emails sent to external users, ensuring a smooth digital customer experience. WithSecure Cloud Protection for Salesforce gives you the flexibility to customize URL Protection to meet your unique security needs.
