Perform a Complete memory dump

When Windows crashes (blue screen of death), it creates memory dump files. These files contain information about the computer's memory at the time of crash, and can be used to help diagnose and identify the potential root cause of the crash. By default, complete memory dump is disabled. To enable complete memory dump, follow the steps below:

Go to Start > Control Panel and select System.
On the left pane of the System window, click Advanced system settings.
Go to the Advanced tab, and click on Settings under the Startup and Recovery section.
Under the Write debugging information section, select Complete memory dump from the drop-down menu.
In the Dump file field, type in the location where you want to save the dump file. Otherwise, the default location is %SystemRoot%\MEMORY.DMP.
Click OK.
Close all unnecessary programs and reproduce the problem again. Make sure that the complete memory dump is successfully created.
