Issue:
How to enable or disable multi-factor authentication for a WithSecure Business Account?
Resolution:
To enable multi-factor authentication:
- Go to https://elements.withsecure.com
- Log in with your Email address (or username) and password
- Click on the user icon (top-right corner)
- Select My Settings
- Click Enable from the right side of the Multi-Factor Authentication disabled notification
- Click Add to select which type of multi-factor authentication you want to use (multiple can be added)
- Follow the on-screen instructions
We recommend to enable multiple multi-factor authentication options as a backup. If your only multi-factor authentication option is lost, there is no way to reset the multi-factor authentication. If all multi-factor authentication options are lost, the account would need to be re-created.
Please refer below announcement for Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) enforcement for WithSecure Business Account ;

It is now not possible to disable MFA permanently however should you need to temporarily disable the MFA you may follow below steps (once you logged in and logout, do take note, if you were to re-login back you need reconfigure the MFA as it is compulsory to use MFA now)
