How to add a new user to the Partner Portal for e-Ordering and etc? How to request access rights?
Not even administrator can create new users in the Partner Portal. User access rights to Partner Portal can only be requested.
If you already have a colleague who has access to the Partner Portal, we recommend that you ask that user to make the new user request directly from the Partner Portal:
1. Log in to Partner Portal at https://partnerportal.withsecure.com/s/?language=en_US
2. Go to Home tab
3. Select Request New User (from right sidebar in the Additional links section)
4. Fill in the user details
5. Click on Send button
If you don't have anyone with access to the Partner Portal already, a user can themselves request for access rights from the login page:
1. Open Partner Portal login page at https://partnerportal.withsecure.com/s/?language=en_US
2. Click on Request credentials
3. Fill in the user details
4. Click on Send button
It usually takes 24-48 hours for WithSecure to grant the access rights to the user.
