Introducing the WithSecure™ eService Portal
The WithSecure™ eService Portal is a Support Case Management portal, which includes the following:
- A transparent process for submitting and following up on your Support tickets
- Unified access across all F-Secure portals
- Self-service options and access to our Knowledge Base to assist you in troubleshooting and the implementation of our products
- Support phone numbers, opening hours, and escalation paths
- Support Service Description documents
Below we have put together some frequently asked questions on how to get started with the eService Portal.
I have requested a user account or accounts for the eService Portal. What happens next?
- We will first check if you already have a WithSecure™ Business Account.
- If you do not yet have a WithSecure™ Business Account, we will create one for you. We will send you a WithSecure™ Business Account email with a link to activate your Business Account. Click on the link to access your Business Account, then set a new password to start using the eService Portal.
- We will enable your eService Portal user account or accounts.
- Once your user account is enabled, you will receive an eService Portal welcome email detailing how to log in. You can access the portal via this link.
To log into the eService Portal, on the landing page, select Business Account Login before entering your Business Account credentials.
Note: Your username is your email address.
I did not receive the Business Account or the eService Portal welcome email. What should I do?
Note: If you have not yet received the Business Account or the eService Portal welcome email, your eService Portal user account may not have been created yet. It can take up to 4-5 days after you have sent your request. (You can also check your spam email folder and search for eService Portal welcome email).
Which credentials should I use to log in?
With the eService Portal, you need to use your Business Account credentials to log in.
Tip: Your username is your email address.
You can reset your password by clicking on the Forgot your password? link from the eService Portal’s login page.
What happens if I cannot log in?
If you are unable to log in, try logging in with a different browser or in a private window and make sure that you are using your Business Account credentials (username and password).
Tip:
Your username is the email address that the eService Portal welcome email has been sent to. If you have several Business Accounts, use the account registered under the email address that the eService Portal welcome email has been sent to.
If the issue persists, you can use the Forgot your password? link from the eService Portal login page to reset your password.
If, after resetting your password, you are still unable to log in, there is most likely a mismatch between your eService Portal user account and your Business Account (if your Business Account username is something else other than your email address). Here is what to do:
- Edit your Business Account username to be your email address, or
- Please visit our Support pages to find out our Support phone numbers.
What happens if I need to change my password?
You can use the Forgot your password? link from the eService Portal login page to reset your password.
Note: When you reset your password, your new password is changed for all other WithSecure™ portals that you may have in use.
How do I create a new eService Portal user account?
